Responsibilities:
Clean client sites and maintain consistent quality standard within budgeted time by performing cleaning tasks as contracted by clients.
All supplies are high quality and equipment is well maintained.
These are key-holder positions.
Summary of Qualifications - Highly desirable is previous commercial, medical, or hotel industry janitorial experience- but not required.
Must be able to meet the essential physical demands of the position including the ability to stand at least 2-3 hours at a time, be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
Will frequently walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, lift and carry.
Must live, work, or commute within 15-20 minute drive of assigned client, have reliable transportation to travel to client site(s), vehicle insurance, a current valid Florida drivers' license, and a clean criminal background history.
Qualified candidates must work well independently, be a self-starter, have effective time management and interpersonal skills, organized, trustworthy, reliable, motivated, and detail oriented.
