This position requires exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work independently.
The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle high-stress situations on a daily basis and the ability to complete the following tasks:
Answering & handling high call volume Detail-oriented Strong Computer Skills Referring caregivers from a pool of CNAs to clients on an ongoing basis Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team approach On-call is required Answering phone calls during regular hours (weekdays) Monday - Friday 9:
00 - 5:
00 pm Ability to answer phone calls after hours when needed (weekends) Friday 4:
30 pm through Monday until 9 am.
Other office support as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school graduation or the equivalent One year of related healthcare experience Must possess a valid driver's license Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess excellent customer service skills Must be able to understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Concierge Care Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively Must have the ability to work independently, maintain the confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work Must be able to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, and their staff Must present a professional appearance and demeanor Must be patient and friendly on the telephone with clients and staff Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel The salary will be based on experience.
On-Call reimbursement is additional to Salary.
