Organize and manage the permitting process.
Keep track of the lifecycle of permits and stages of projects.
Assist senior staff in general office tasks.
Assist customers with questions and paperwork.
Assist with daily tasks related to the completion of projects as they come up.
Maintain required project documentation in an orderly fashion.
Answer phones and take messages as needed.
Maintain showroom, samples, and office in orderly fashion.
Prepare and distribute proposals and change orders.
Prepare outgoing correspondence.
Report project status to owner and senior staff.
Other miscellaneous duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to compile and send out reports and spreadsheets.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Construction and permitting experience a must.
