Requirements:
Current Florida LCAM license 3 or more years' experience Working knowledge of local, state and federal programs and regulations Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and deal with frequent interruptions while maintaining a customer service orientation Proficient computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Project a professional, business-like demeanor in dealing with residents, employees, contractors, service providers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Maintain positive working relationship with residents, vendors, employees and contractors Conduct regular property inspections and address any deficiencies in condition of the property Provide recommendations and advice to board on issues of importance to the community Prepare budgets, attend board meetings and direct all phases of building operations Work directly with outside property management firm for all accounting and related functions Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the management of the property Analyze monthly financial statements and summarize key points for the Board.
Oversee large-scale projects Enforce condo rules, regulations and policies Note:
