The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, be able to lead a team, and be a strong decision maker.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage staff and oversee daily operations to ensure sales goals are met Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers at all times Maintain store environment to enhance sales and quality of life for all employees Ensure store operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies Maintain store visual appearance, including regular product rotation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards Conduct store audits to identify performance issues and root-cause problems to improve efficiency and productivity Conduct weekly store meetings with all team members to discuss results of audits, feedback, and other issues that can affect the business Regular store manager visits with team members to ensure they are on track for achieving sales goals and maintain positive relationships with customers Perform other duties as required by management to improve business efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Must have a strong understanding of retail business principles.
College degree preferred.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to lead a team.
Strong organizational skills are required.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership skills are necessary in this role.
