This position requires someone who is self-starter, able to work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast-paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering closeout and post construction services which meet or exceed INB Homes goals of building relationships by properly managing these processes.
Perform Quality Control Inspections with Construction Superintendents Review warranty requests; inspect, diagnose, and propose solutions for eligible claims.
Supervise items requiring subcontractor involvement to repair and/or replace.
This may include scheduling, follow-up, and repair closure with the sub or vendor.
Submit all work orders with complete information on work performed and a description of the problem to be forwarded to the subcontractor for daily resolution.
Manage and follow up on all scheduled repairs to ensure the completion and satisfaction of the customer.
Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes as well as communicating what items are not warrantable.
Say no when necessary and overcome objections in a professional manner.
Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes.
Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
A positive attitude and good social/interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
Must be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational/emergency situations and negativity.
Previous experience in the home building industry and/or some home repair experience is a must.
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Must be able to work closely with Customers and Subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a reliable transportation system as this position does require you to travel (Palm Coast / Palm Bay) Job Type:
