The Life Enrichment assistant works under the director meeting the needs of our residents, engaging them across a variety of personal and social interests and needs.
Bring resident to and from all activities.
Join and participate in activities with residents Set up areas for activities as they occur throughout each day.
Conduct all listed programs and assignments such as one on one visits, bingo, and socialization.
Help in breaking down the tables for the next meal as needed.
Encourage and monitor safe work practices.
Provide additional safety and oversight of residents as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
