We are looking for a front office check in/check receptionist who has outstanding customer service skills! This is a position that requires someone who is reliable, exceptionally detail oriented and focused.
Responsibilities Check patients in and out Answer phones Verify insurance Scanning of documentation into our EMR Schedule appointments Collect Co-pays, deductibles and past due balances All other administrative tasks' assigned by your manager Qualifications and Requirements Must work well with others and demonstrate consistent professional conduct at all times.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff and all other healthcare professionals.
Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude is essential.
May travel between three locations; Ormond Beach, Palm Coast and Port Orange.
Good computer skills/EMR experience helpful Well-organized with multi-tasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Medical/Ophthalmology office knowledge (preferred) Job Type:
