Must be 18
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred) Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask, and handle cash Masters of hospitality with great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and team members making everyone feel valued and supported Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services Must have open availability including evenings and weekends People of integrity ready to champion the well-being of members, guests, and team members and do the right thing (even if it isn't the easy thing) Great teammates who can work well with others, fast on their feet, able to set priorities and stay on task A professional who finds accountability and purpose in their work, and brings passion and excitement to work every day Day-to-Day:
Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, addressing questions, staying on task with our daily checklists, and performing light housekeeping.
Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members Culture & Support:
