Job Title: Programmer Analyst II

Salary: $55,000 (Neg.)

POSITION Overview: Responsible for the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for internal applications utilizing Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies. The role will include some level of production support activities. Responsible for implementation and creation of technology solutions to meet the requirements of Palm Coast Data's products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Accountable for full lifecycle application development (SDLC) - analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation and support.
Facilitate design / Perform development and code reviews.
Perform effort estimations and assist with project planning.
Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
Experience with various development techniques, Waterfall, Agile, etc.
Experience with unit, integration, and system testing.
Work on front-end code (.NET/C#) and any required SQL or stored procedures needed to support the application.
Executes and maintains standard corporate practices for operational software processes and data management.
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting business requirements and customers.
Conducts system and software testing, develops standardized QA procedures and develops fixes.
Determines and develops design approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree required in a related area. Successfully participated in 3
large scale software development efforts. Experience building production web applications using any of the following technologies is highly preferred: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, Angular JS (or similar frameworks), SQL Server. Hands-on software development experience with web solutions on the Microsoft Platform. Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server. Some experience using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services, entities (Master Data Services) and ASP.NET MVC design. Knowledge of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Design Principles. Solid understanding of .NET framework. Proven track-record of delivering high quality, reliable .NET and C# coding solutions. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Ability to work with teams across multiple locations and time zones. Extensive technical knowledge of Information Technology field and computer systems. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities. Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Must display initiative, ability to work independently and be able to use extensive independent judgment. Ability to develop and follow project plans as well as adapt to changing conditions. Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as manage individual tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
