Job Title: Graphic Services/Direct Mail Account Manager
Salary: $35,000 Negotiable
POSITION OVERVIEW: Implement and manage direct marketing initiatives and print services in support of client business objectives. Responsible for developing and managing client relationships as it pertains to the provision of Direct Mail Services and the procurement of mailing components.
Provide primary support and management of Direct Mail Marketing campaigns and print component procurement for multiple clients.
Analyze project specifications and print components to insure they meet PCD mail specifications and USPS requirements
Interface with internal departments to identify and resolve operational issues associated with client requirements
Determine internal and external resources required to successfully satisfying PCD and client requirements, including creative, list, data processing, letter shop, printing and mail logistics to ensure initiatives are successfully executed.
Recommend alternative creative, print and manufacturing solutions that provide benefits to clients and/or PCD
Prepare responses to Requests for Proposal following accepted guidelines and submit to client.
Manage client direct mail projects from start to finish (sales, procurement, list services, print, letter shop, postal) using both internal and external resources.
Manage client timelines, budgets and project expenses.
Write, execute and audit data processing specifications.
Review and approve copy, art layout and furnished art.
Perform press approvals.
Ensure quality control throughout each stage of the process including evaluation of samples and sign-offs.
Insure client projects are completed according to pre-determined schedules and the goods and services rendered are of the highest quality.
Prepare billing information for submission to Accounting Department upon completion of projects.
Prepare, maintain and analyze various sales, production and management reports
Recommend operational and organizational changes that will improve operational processes and client satisfaction
Nurture effective client relationships that guarantee long-term client satisfaction
Increase annual client revenue by promoting and recommending other PCD products and services
Prepare and present annual client review assessments noting client concerns and areas of satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Must have at least three (3) years of experience and increasing responsibilities in printing, print procurement, letter shop services, etc. Direct Mail Industry experience is preferred. Five (5) years of sales or account management experience in the direct mail industry may be substituted for a college degree. Experience with direct mail with a strong ability to manage comprehensive direct marketing programs. Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English are required. Excellent math and algebra skills are required. Must have strong reasoning and analytic skills. Confident decision-maker.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
